Yemil was the first to explain structural requirements for Alumawood patio covers to me. As it turns out I need 5 posts for my 30 foot wide cover. We went over all options and even using double headers with the thickest material available the cover would only be rated at 90%. He took the time to show me the charts in writing backing up what he said . I have talked with several Alumawood contractors and every one told me 4 posts meet my city’s 110 MPH wind requirements. I appreciate his knowledge and honesty. In addition he knew I would not build a cover with 5 posts due to my concrete slab and would rather lose my business than build something not up to code. I appreciate his honesty and will definitely call him back if my needs change In the future.

Our patio was completed several months back and we are completely satisfied with the cover. But we were also very satisfied with the level of customer service. We were kept up to date through every step and even after completion they checked in to see if we needed anything else. The crew was on time on installation day and they left a clean site afterwards. Fast forward several months and we had a couple non emergency questions and it felt like we just spoke to Yemil yesterday. He was quick to pull up our details and greet us with the same enthusiasm as when we first got the bid. There is no doubt that we used the right company to build our patio cover. Yemil was available for me nights, days, weekends with any questions I had. He provided me all my options and the prices were very reasonable. I cant believe how detail oriented Yemil was and how much information he provided me so I could make a decision as to what patio style I wanted. Very Impressed! The pricing was more reasonable then other estimates I received. Yemil went out of his way to cut me a break so my patio fit my budget.
