He broke the old copper line and a flood began. We needed a professional service urgently. After a brief consulting with photo, the owner explained what was the issue and how he/they would fix it. A technician named Raul visited us even it was already 7:30 pm. Raul had a tremendous work. He worked with care because our other waters lines and pipes were obviously old. He answered all of our questions professionally. Also, he found out additional leak from the main hot water line, and repair it during his visit—we were very close to have another flood tonight if Raul did not find the leak. Until almost 11 pm, Raul completed the project and now my family can go to bed with peace of mind! The total cost was reasonable including all materials and labor. No hidden fees or surprise. The owner kept his word and quote from the initial consulting.
