Max contacted me promptly and scheduled a visit the same week. He identified and sourced the replacement part I told him I thought my awning needed in advance, then realized on site that he could simply clean and lubricate the existing parts and did that instead. I would not have known the difference, and I appreciated his honesty not charging me for something I didn't need. The awnings work perfectly now - and I have a better understanding of how to maintain them in the future, all for a reasonable price and more quickly than I expected. I can't recommend Excellence Awning highly enough - thank you Max and I will absolutely be using your company in the future for any awning service or upgrades."See more

We agreed and he came in 2 days and completed the work requested. The work exceeded our expectations. The hard labor of digging up grass was done in a day. The pavers, fence and leveling of the space and pouring the rocks and concrete was finished the next day. We absolutely would ask him and his team to do any other work. His price was fair for the work provided."See more

They even went above and beyond, stopping by weeks after they had finished the work to make sure our sprinkler system was properly turned off when there was an unexpected freeze. We will definitely call on Mark and his team for future projects. I will share some photos here even though they really don't do justice to the quality of the work. I will have to update these when everything is in bloom!"See more

I would absolutely recommend All-Tech construction for patio covers and back yard designs. Sergio and his crew were my last quote of 4. Sergio really took the time to discover what my needs were. He educated me on the differences between insulated and non-insulated covered patios. The others mentioned it but didn’t explain the benefits considering we live in the IE and it get super hot here in the summer. Sergio went above and beyond and also covered a cement patch to make the decision even easier. Sergio and his crew are very detail oriented, they were done ahead of schedule but really took their time to ensure all the details were done to perfection. My wife and I highly recommend All-Tech for your home projects and we will be using them moving forward. Thank you Sergio, we love our patio!!!
