Introduction
I hold a C-15 license (Floor Coverings) with the California State Licensing Board. I am fully bonded and insured with $1,000,000 liability coverage. I have over 18 years of flooring experience. I grew up learning the trade from my father, and have since started my own flooring company. The types of flooring I work with are hardwood, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), engineered, and laminate. Some of our services include installation, refinishing, recoating, patching, and repair. I take great pride in my work and will do everything I can to make you love your floors.

Marcelo did an awesome job refinishing the hardwood floors in our local IDESI hall. He was very responsive, professional, and punctual. Also, he explained the process from beginning to end in great detail and answered all of our questions. The hall hosts many large community events and many attendees have already remarked about how great the floors look. I highly recommend him for any flooring needs.

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I learned the trade from my father, and started working for his flooring business when I was in high school.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire a licensed contractor to protect yourself and your property. Unlicensed workers might seem cheaper, but they can permanently damage your property. Since they don’t have insurance, you will be on the hook for paying for the repairs. Also, try to get 3 bids from licensed contractors, but don’t immediately go with the cheapest bid. If one bid is significantly lower than the others, it could mean the contractor miscalculated or is inexperienced and doesn’t know the costs for that type of project.
