Pedro and team were instrumental to transforming the look of the 70's house we recently purchased. Pedro was very helpful with suggestions on executing the look that we were after, for the budget that we had available.
The project included replacing siding with new hardwood and stucco on front of house, excavating pre-existing concrete patio and installing a new hardwood deck, installation of new window frames to match the siding, in addition to other smaller construction work that came as side jobs to the project.
Overall the experience of working with Pedro and team was very good. If we had any issues, Pedro would listen and fix it, to make sure things were done right - you can't ask for more than that from a contractor. I would have no problem recommending or hiring Pedro & team again.

Jesse was a pleasure to work with. I searched Thumbtack and Yelp hoping to find a trustworthy contractor. I contacted 6 different companies and Jesse was the most responsive, the most professional, and provided competitive pricing. He was patient in answering all my questions and was communicative throughout the entire process.
I had siding/trim replacements done and then had the entire house painted. Each phase of the work was done on time or ahead of schedule. At each phase, Jesse always made sure to check in and see if I had any questions.
One random part of paint up on an exterior wall jutting out of the roof was missed, neither of us noticed it on the walk around, I only noticed it because a friend that was visiting parked down the street and I saw it from a distance. I contacted Jesse and he had the work completed immediately. I don't expect perfection, but I think it's underrated when people admit to and correct their mistakes.
I highly recommend McGraw and Sons, I will definitely be using them in the future. Repeat customer for sure.
