In our first call I shared my ideas for the theme of the party and he totally understood and executed on that vision. He provided a list of signature cocktails, invited me to make special requests beyond that list, and name the cocktails. One requirement I had was a way to offer mock-tails to my guests who were not drinking at the moment. He assured me all cocktails would also be offered as mock-tails to guests. This really made everyone feel so included in the whole experience. His setup was very neat and he really added a special touch to the entire evening as he crafted delicious and magical looking cocktails with homemade mixers and engaged with guests throughout the evening. Drinks were delicious and really fun to watch as they were being made. I loved how he surprised us with Jell-O shots shaped like mustaches and ducks and provided sample shooters of his cocktails for guests to sample. When the evening came to an end, he broke down his setup and left the area clean. Paolo exceeded all expectations and really elevated the evening.
