Paolo was an outstanding bartender! The specialized drinks were amazing and his professionalism was over the top. Paolo had some samples that were very surprising and yummy. Given that throughout the event it started to drizzle, Paolo kept going unbothered. What an amazing experience. I would definitely love to hire him again for future events!

Paolo was professional, punctual, highly skilled and so easy to work with. In our first call I shared my ideas for the theme of the party and he totally understood and executed on that vision. He provided a list of signature cocktails, invited me to make special requests beyond that list, and name the cocktails. One requirement I had was a way to offer mock-tails to my guests who were not drinking at the moment. He assured me all cocktails would also be offered as mock-tails to guests. This really made everyone feel so included in the whole experience. His setup was very neat and he really added a special touch to the entire evening as he crafted delicious and magical looking cocktails with homemade mixers and engaged with guests throughout the evening. Drinks were delicious and really fun to watch as they were being made. I loved how he surprised us with Jell-O shots shaped like mustaches and ducks and provided sample shooters of his cocktails for guests to sample. When the evening came to an end, he broke down his setup and left the area clean. Paolo exceeded all expectations and really elevated the evening. My guests kept remarking, even after the party, how amazing the drinks and the bartender was. I highly recommend his services and I look forward to working with him again.

I went to several parties where he was bartending, and we also tried the Vermouth Tasting and other experiences with different groups of friends. What's excellent about him is that all he makes is fresh, he uses quality ingredients and doesn't use any mixers. We had events with some friends that cannot drink alcohol, and he made amazing mocktails for them.
