- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we take the time to prep and protect your home and belongings and that takes a full day to a day and a half of work and that's included in our estimate as well as all paints supplies and materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically like to meet with our clients before getting started to answer any questions, concerns and work out scheduling so the client has knows what will happen clearly. we believ3 communication is key in building a great relationship with our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
we have about 15 years experience. we started in antique furniture restoration, then worked with mid century furniture. All this gave us the skills and patience to be detail oriented to give our customers furniture quality cabinets.
