This was our first time having work done on our home. We were eased with Ori's over-confidence and how easy he acted like the job would be. At the end of the day we now have a pretty renovated bathroom, but proved not to be as easy, short, or stress-free as promised when signing the contract. I was increasingly disappointed by the lack of honesty and making us feel unreasonable and bothersome when looking to him for help with the issues that came up throughout the project. George/Angel- Professional, kind, helpful, patient, good quality craftsmanship, hard workers, and our dogs loved George and watching him work. I would hire them again for future work if I could. Angel and George resolved the issues that came up with our shower pan, toilet, and shower walls.

Worst experience ever! Asked for a quote on garage flooring + shelving. Ori comes out to look at the place and give me an estimate..I tell him again I need epoxy floors and shelving and he says something to the effect of you need to do your own shelving..Im confused and shocked..and he keeps talking and throws in a “where u from”..not sure why that’s relevant?? And mid sentence proceeds to pick up his bag and leave… This guy has all kinds of bad attitude..expect the worst customer service you have ever experienced..

we are very sorry that you felt this way after your meeting. we don't do shelving, we only install the ones the customer provides. it also seem that you and Ori didn't have a good communication over your meeting and we are very sorry for this. we really try to respect every customer, even if there is a miscommunication or disrespect from the costumer side. still, we always study and learn from any bad review so we can learn how to give better service to our customers.

Mr Ori to this date (since July) has not give me back my deposit of 800 dollars despite many calls. It is nit acceptable and people on thumbtack should know about him not being honest.

Minimum of $4,500 per project and we offer discounts based off of the initial estimate. We pride ourselves on making professional home remodeling simple, easy and affordable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone consultation and set a date to do an onsite free estimate as well as meet with you personally. After the estimate is approved by you we create a contract then we start the remodeling process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have fifteen years of experience in this industry and started with a degree in design.
