Michelle and Eimee got hired to set up our wedding reception with all the decorations we had purchased and hand made during the course of a year or so. Our family put so much time, love and effort into this to ensure a beautiful reception set up.
We hired Michelle and Eimee based on the excellent ratings on their profile, however after our negative unbelievable experience, their excellent ratings don’t add up to their irresponsible and unprofessional handling of our service contract. In short, no bride and groom or family should have to go through the significant physical and emotional stressful unnecessary situation we were put through one day before the actual wedding day. Won’t even list all the other concerns (red flags) observed leading up to this moment.
Long story short, Eimee rented a u-haul truck and picked up all our wedding decor and other wedding items on Friday (day prior to the wedding). That evening she called my mom to deliver bad news, that the u-haul truck containing all our wedding decor and other wedding items for the entire reception had been stolen? The next morning day of wedding Amy let’s us know the u-haul had been towed away but recovered? Really? )
Prior to this incident, When asked, Amy assured she had secured gated parking area where she lived, yet she left the u-haul truck parked out on the street and after it being recovered tells us it’s now parked inside her gated parking area where she lives? That’s all there’s to say. Go figure!
At the reception, Michelle and Eimee just went about setting up the reception with hardly no words to say. Very uncomfortable situation for my family who was also their to assist, because there was a feeling of frustration and disappointment my family was feeling. To this end,, the set up was completed, however did lack some detail, however At that point I think nothing else mattered just relieved that all wedding supplies made it to the venue!🙏
Sorry, but Michelle and Amy did not meet nor deliver the professional level service as we thought they would!
