Worse than terrible. I would highly suggest NOT using this so-called process server. My firm sent Maurice Robinson a Summons to serve in February. It is now July and we STILL have not received our Summons back. I have spoken with him twice in the past month and he promised to return the Summons but it's been two weeks since we last spoke and we've received nothing. We have paid three invoices for his attempted service and this is the level of service that we get. Our case cannot move forward without Maurice returning the Summons. Our client is angry and there isn't much we can do. Getting in touch with Maurice is near impossible as he does not answer his cell phone and his voice mail is often full. Any self respecting legal professional should steer clear of using Maurice Robinson aka MR Process Service, LLC.
