I will present wonderful menu item ideas and we will together develop the best menu for your venue. I love creating fresh, organic, mouth watering dishes that keeps your palet satisfied. I am experienced in several cuisines such as Mexican, Italian, Chinese, Mediterranean, sushi, seafood, Indian, and classic American . I can create gourmet or comfort food, appetizers and entree's. I can accommodate vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free clients. Making low /no sugar meals and paleo is what I also enjoy along with fresh citrussy green drinks. As well as macro counting.

Chef John was awesome and handled everything from start to finish. Food was top shelf fresh and delicious. First time hiring a private chef for our annual family after Christmas dinner and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend this pro.

We hired John to cook a high end meal for 4 and he exceeded our expectations. He worked with me to come up with the ideal menu and executed each dish to perfection. Everyone was happy with the 5 course meal with talk about having John come out again for another occasion in the near future.

What a pleasure to work with KAYJOS CATERING. I hired them for an event I was hosting (50 people) not only was the food amazing but it went off with absolutely no problems. The service Chef John provided was AMAZING from beginning to end! I wanted my guests to have fresh warm food; therefore, he arrived early to cook and set up. We had chicken and beef taquitos with rice and beans let me not forget the delicious appetizers (pigs in a blanket, deviled eggs and nachos with all sides). Chef John is extremely clean and very professional. He has a variety of options to choose from, you tell him what you want and he'll blow you and your guests away. I will definitely hire him again for our next party. If your looking for a chef, Iook no more, I highly recommend Chef John to cater your next party!
