- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a general contractor, it is important for my customers to know that our pricing reflects the quality of work we provide. We strive to offer fair and transparent pricing that is based on the scope and complexity of each project. Customers should also be aware that there may be additional fees or costs associated with their project, such as permit fees or unexpected repairs that are discovered during construction. We make every effort to communicate these potential costs upfront, but it is important for customers to be prepared for the possibility of additional expenses. In terms of discounts, we may offer discounts for larger projects or for customers who refer us to others. It is always worth asking if there are any current promotions or discounts available. Ultimately, our goal is to provide high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service at a fair and reasonable price. We value transparency and open communication with our customers throughout the entire process to ensure they understand all aspects of our pricing and fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We review plans/drawings and set a in person meeting at the job site to go over the scope of work. Once we get understanding of scope of work and client need, we will provide a quote to our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is highly educated in civil engineering and construction management and they have various licensing that any construction project needs for safety and quality.
