I clearly advised the company I needed stucco repair and scheduled an appointment with Carmen. It even lists stucco repair on their profile. They showed up on time and were friendly. After walking around the house they told me the only thing they could do is repair the stucco and paint the house otherwise they couldn’t bring a crew from East LA or it would not be worth their time since the work would be the same work they would do prior to prepping for painting the exterior of the home. What a waste of my time!!!! I don’t need to be upsold for work that I did not ask for. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

I hired him. He came and did a good job (finishing up on work someone else didn't finish). Paid him. Then we needed more stucco work done. He was interested. Came to look at the new job (repairing cracks in stucco). Said he would come back. We even decided that he didn't need to finish the ENTIRE job but that it could be done in "episodes." To accommodate him, I said he could repair cracks in ONE wall, then be paid. Then when he had time, he could come back and do another part of the project, and be paid. After spending time showing him all the cracks around the stuccoed areas, and coming up with this agreement, he never came back, and ignored my messages. I"m not sure what that tells you about a worker. I would say not very reliable. And doesn't keep his words. To be fair, the job he did do at the beginning was good. But I place a premium on reliability and doing what you say you would do. By the way, this is a common problem with all workers in this business.
