Alex Sanchez Durable painting group comes with our highest recommendation for any stucco repair and exterior painting work. Of three estimates for our project, DPG was mid-range in terms of cost. Alex knows his stucco and paint. His experience and expertise was clear from our first conversation. Communication was flawless from beginning until end - Alex was always available to address any of my questions throughout the project. His crew worked efficiently and stuck to the timeline. Alex and the crew were kind and patient with us when we were indecisive about paint colors, which we very much appreciated. These guys are VERY clean and organized. They cleaned up after every work day and didn’t leave any unnecessary debris or work materials around. Near the end of the project, I realized there was a very minor mutual misunderstanding about the scope of work. Alex and his crew, Cruz and his assistant did a careful and thorough job repairing our stucco after our windows were replaced. They removed the additional stucco to waterproof, repaired with new stucco to match our existing Spanish style stucco and repainted the stucco to match our existing exterior. They repaired all pre-existing exterior cracks, as well as those from the window installation. They also repaired and repainted all interior damage around each window and new sliding door. They fully masked and protected the new windows and all adjacent surfaces, and kept our exterior and interior clean each day throughout their work. They worked quickly, cleanly and precisely. Cruz went above and beyond cleaning our windows after completing the work. Alex managed the job well and kept in contact with us through the process. Alex's bid was mid range and was worth every penny. Thank you for a job well done!

I could not be happier about my experience with Alex Sanchez (Durable Painting Group). My older home was badly in need of significant repair to the stucco, wood, rain gutters, etc. as well as a painting. I solicited several bids, but from the beginning was impressed by Alex's knowledge and professionalism. Although his was not the cheapest bid, I was confident that my home was in good hands with his team. The results far exceeded my expectations! My nearly 90 year-old house feels new. The stucco was seamlessly repaired, the water-damaged wood all replaced, and a beautiful lifetime-guaranteed paint (it's really a coating). There was no upselling, no unexpected charges (when extra wood and rain gutter parts were needed, Alex called me for approval of the purchases and charged just for the supplies). Alex Sanchez and Durable Painting group are honest, dependable, highly skilled, punctual, and provide great value for the money. If your house needs a refresh, I can't imagine a better choice.

Very happy with the quality work that was performed (stucco repair). Alex explained the complete process when he provided me a quote. His workers showed up early, very polite, explained what they were going to do and even showed me the issue once they removed the stucco in the area that needed to be repaired.
