We only talked with him a couple times before the wedding to confirm what we wanted our signature drinks to be and to determine a shopping list for alcohol that would be needed for the day. Brian helped us come up with drinks that we both loved – and all our guests did as well! We went with an Old Fashioned for my husband’s drink and a Raspberry Mojito for mine. He also offered to make menus though we ended up making them ourselves. He made the preparation process extremely easy; offered to connect us with a contact that could get us a discount on the alcohol we were purchasing. He gave us very clear instructions on what type of alcohol and supplies we needed to get, while he provided the garnishes needed for drinks. We ended up purchasing our cups online and our alcohol through Costco so it was very cost-effective, and we ended up with an abundance of alcohol. His service throughout the wedding was just perfect. He served my husband and I our signature drinks throughout the night, but also was an excellent host and server to all of our guests. We heard many wonderful comments about him and his service. It was truly a pleasure working with Brian before the wedding and during.
