- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $300.00 per wait staff/bartender/kitchen help for 5 hours and recommend 1 staff per every 15 - 20 guests. Ex: 6/100 guests. This includes all set up of tables, chairs, table settings, food stations, dessert, bar & beverage, serving the food, clearing plates, scrape & pack, champagne toast, making coffee, cut the cake and complete clean up afterwards including taking out the trash. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive an inquiry, we call the client within 24 hours if it's a weekday. Once we receive the pertinent information, we send an Estimate and Contract, if there are no changes, we develop a timeline knowing the venue layout, menu and rental order. Your signed contract and 50% deposit will hold your date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands on training for all of our staff with a special leadership training for our event managers and lead servers. We set up a full bar, set tables, serve, tray pass, clear, scullery, champagne toast, cut cake, make coffee and all the details in between. All of our bartenders attend their RBS Certification from the ABC.
