Our house had numerous challenges (steep roofs, multi-levels, and access issues). They were very responsive in providing licensing, insurance, and bonding information. I checked with the Contractors State Licensing Board and found no complaints against them. Their contract spelled out what we could expect. We did make a few contract adjustments (additions), which they did without hesitation. They did what they said they would do. They arrived when they said they would each day. They cleaned up all the debris every day after they finished for the day. Their workers were absolutely incredible. They worked like a precision machine. They were hardworking, respectful, and helped each other. The safety equipment was used to make sure all the workers stayed safe. The supervisors worked and oversaw what the workers were doing, assisted with the work, and sent us photos each day of their progress. When we saw an area of concern, they immediately fixed the problems. We would highly recommend this company without hesitation. The owners, Leon Segal, and his son, Sam, were absolutely outstanding in bidding the job and in their followup with us. We found them to be professional, honest, friendly, knowledgeable...they demonstrated the utmost integrity. When the job was done, Sam Segal came to the house and inspected the roofing job. He asked if we had any questions or concerns, which we didn't have. We have had other contractors stop by to look at our roof and inquire as to the name of our contractor. Those contractors said that they would not have been able to do such a roofing job, but would definitely recommend BH to other customers who had roofs with the same degree of difficulty as our roof.
