He did a great job with my floors that were hidden under carpet for years. Cleaned them up, sanded, and stained all in one day. Turned out nice for a reasonable price. I'd hire him again.

Alfonso is very professional and great at what he does! He did a great job installing vinyl flooring in our kitchen. He was so flexible when it came to rescheduling a couple times because the flooring was delivered damaged three times. I’d recommend him and look forward to working with him for future projects!

I had a great experience hiring APL for my kitchen floor project. Alfonso is a great communicator and was able to work around my schedule. They did a great just sanding and restraining my kitchen floors with a good attention to detail and craft. I would highly recommend Alfonso and his crew.

Alfonso worked magic refinishing our floors. We have engineered bamboo that was 20 years old. He refinished them and got the surface scratches and dings all smoothed out. And then applied a white sealer to help lighten the color for us. They came out beautifully, and it looks like we have brand new floors! Alfonso is experienced, communicative, and lovely. He works efficiently and cleaned up the dust each day through the process. Highly recommend.
