I am a first time owner of cats. I had no idea how pungent cat pee was and how difficult it is to remove. I had the carpets cleaned professionally about 6-7x. Alas the cats continued to relieve themselves in the same area. This is where Moser Carpets came to play. I called them and to my relief they took on the job. I had many repair companies tell me they didn’t want to work with cat pee issues. The gentlemen who came out was communicative and professional. He removed the carpet & padding and we found the stains to be much worse underneath. He took his time to treat the area & remove the bacteria and smell. Brought in a fan, waited for it to dry and then treated the entire area with killz primer. For the first time the smell was 100% gone. Thank you so much Moser carpets for taking on this job and killing it- literally killing the bacteria and smell! Highly recommend.
