- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are competitive with the industry. What's important about my PRICE is that it's backed by my personal guarantee that if your not happy with the work I'll refund your money, guaranteed. I'm not expensive, I'm not cheap....my prices are simply put, fair. :) My guarantee ensures you will always be protected.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple: 1. Take a series of pictures or videos and upload them to Thumbtack in response to my initial quote response, 2. or send them to me via text or email. 3. We can also do a quote via faceTime/video calls. 4. I'll see the job scope clearly and submit my quote via Thumbtack. 5. You accept and we book the appointment to get the job done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the Carpet and water damage industry for 15 years. I decided recently to strictly focus on repairs only as my niche. I am one class/course away from being an IICCRC certified Master Technician which means I can do anything with carpet e.g. carpet repairs and re-stretching, cleaning carpet, water damage restoration, urine and odor removal.
