- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First of all we always give our costumers options when it comes to their plumbing needs . We are definitely a very competitive company when it comes to pricing .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always greet the costumer on arrival. We will inspect the plumbing issue and give options for repairs. We will also perform a home plumbing inspection at the costumers request. We offer several type of payments We accept credit cards ,cash and checks .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have sever different plumbing specialties that make me unique . I have my master plumber license which is a C-36 .
