I am J Munoz, founder of Skyline Konstruction and Home Improvement Inc.
I have been working in the construction industry since 1998.
It has been a long journey for many years of experience and hard work.
With my comprehensive experience in the construction industry building and management, as well as my superior team leadership and collaboration abilities, I feel confident that I would significantly benefit your company in this capacity.
From determining project scope and interacting with architects, owners, designers, builders and workers, I have demonstrated success in driving all phases of project building and management. My ability to achieve project goals—as well as my commitment to ensuring adherence to project deadline, close attention to detail, to ensure top-quality, and safety requirements—I consider myself your get-go Contractor.

Working with Juan Carlos and Skyline Konstruction defied the stigma of contractors and the remodeling/renovating process. Juan Carlos was and is very personable, professional and knowledgeable about renovations and remodeling. Throughout the entire process of remodeling my house (2bdrm/1bath > 3bdrm/2bath) he was easy to reach and provided a high level of service. When problems arose he was able to offer affordable solutions so that the process can continue without pause. If I or my wife noticed or brought up an issue, he was quick to correct the problem and make sure the job/issue was to our liking. His employed workers were also punctual, kind and showed good work ethic. We will (without a doubt) be doing future business with Skyline Konstruction.

Asked me to whrite one for him and his team I said absolutely!!
This company is a small family oriented business.
They really take pride in their work, very professional responsible easy to work with.
The whole hose renovation and the 800 square feet master suite addition took 6 months from star to finish.
I love my new bedroom with top notch master bathroom it's amazing and huge walk-in closet, love it all!!.
Thank you J Munoz, Simon, Tony, Matt, Henry and everyone that turned my old neglected house into a beautifull Home.
I will recommend Skyline Konstruction to anyone in my family and friends, no problem at all!!
It's so hard to find some one honest and reliable nowadays.
My parents house is going to be their next project soon.

Working with Skyline Konstruction was a remarkable experience. We are very happy with the results. The whole process was made so easy by everyone that took part in it. The workers were responsible, respectful and puntual. J Muñoz was very detailed with all the information from the beginning and through the whole project. He was attentive to our ideas and was very honest about the budget needed for what we wanted. He presented us with alternatives that matched what we wished for and it all worked out. Skyline Konstruction is our go to contractor now, any repairs and renovations our home needs, we know J Muñoz and his company is the perfect fit.
