Geronimo and his coworkers recently did some restoration work on our rental home due to a dishwasher leak that caused major water damage. Geronimo was very professional, friendly, honest, and had excellent communication skills. He performed a thorough inspection of the damage and took multiple photos that he could share with our landlord. He was consistently on time and unobtrusive while doing work in the house. He and his crew made sure to protect all of our belongings and floors while doing their work and followed Covid-19 precautions, which was important to us during this time. They wore masks and booties when in the house and did a thorough cleanup job when the work was done, leaving the kitchen and laundry room where we had damage looking as good as new by the time they were finished.
Geronimo took daily photos of his work and provided written updates to our landlord, which was extremely helpful. He answered all of our questions and then some and was very patient with our barking dog and hectic work schedules while they were trying to complete their work.
