I was getting my house of 8 years ready to rent. I had a lot of unfinished upgrades that had been weighing me down but David was able to come in and finish them all up. He finished the title and vanity in my bathroom, baseboard through out my whole house, fixed all the holes/wall repairs, and really cleaned up the space. In the end I was able to get my house rented for even more then I was expecting
