Great communication on scheduling and tech arrival. Miguel (tech) diagnosed the issue immediately (burned out control board). Recommended replacement and verified all systems were operating within expected ranges (temperature splits, compressor draw, fan draw, operating pressure, etc). Other HVAC contractors looked at spec of unit and recommend complete replacement - without checking anything inside - including seeing an obviously burned out control board). 5 Ton Heat Pump - 20+ years old
