- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing for new HVAC system installs includes full installation, including removal and disposal of old equipment. No hidden fees with Sharp Air.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will give a rough estimate over the internet or the phone. As a company policy, we can not start a job without first having a Home Solutions Advisor or technician to the job site to give a firm quote and make sure we are not missing anything on the day of the job, if you choose to use our services. These visits are always complimentary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 years experience in the field and our service technicians maintain continuing education classes on new equipment and refresher courses as well to make sure we provide our customers with the best possible HVAC experience.
