The gentleman was on time and very pleasant. We did a walk-through and he got started right away. He did a great job of cleaning the registers and ducts. He said this was his first time doing a job on his own, so it took longer than expected. A few suggestions for future jobs. 1) cover the work area with plastic or cloth - I had to clean up debris from counters and floors, 2) pay attention to detail - reinstall registers the same way they came off, one return vent was missed, and filter installed upside down, 3) be careful with power tools - knicks on registers and screws marred, striped a screw and left that side of the register hanging. All in all, the ducts are clean and less dust in the house.

Damon with Dirtbusters explained everything they could do for us and examined or ducts and system and gave us options of what we could do and the results we could expect. We agreed on a plan and he went to work cleaning and sanitizing and sealing our ducts and gave us a number of tips on how to keep things working better and told us if we have any issues with dust we can call them back and they wil come and take care of it. Damon was a really great guy to work with and take care of his customers. I appreciate doing business with a great local business!

Needed the Air Dryer duct cleaned, this could be hazardous as I have heard that some houses get set on fire. I requested a quote from a few and these guys were the first to respond. I liked the price, loved the fact they could come out Sunday and get the job done. They were very nice on the phone, explained everything & pretty much got the job done! Trevor and Chris did an excellent job! They were patient and communicative as they went through the painstaking job of working on a 30 year old condo and left the vents and ducts pristine evident from the before and after pics they showed me as they went about the job. The duo worked well as a team divvying up tasks between themselves to do a more efficient job. They also did a great amount of cleaning up after themselves leaving the place spotless after the service. I cannot recommended them enough!

Casey arrived on time and called beforehand to let me know he was on his way. He checked all the vents and got straight to work. I periodically checked on the vents he was working on to see how things were going. Casey showed me before and after photos while the process was taking place. I even popped in my head and looked for myself. Casey took his time and did not rush his job, I felt comfortable with him in my home. I would recommend Casey for your next duct cleaning as his professionalism was key in my decision for this review.

Damon was also our technician and identified himself as the owner of Dirt Busters. This guy is just like others have described, a fast talking, swindler.
He showed up to do a $150 HVAC cleaning with the possibility of maybe needing the cold air return cleaned for another $90. As soon as he shows up he undoes the cold air and says see this, you need this sealed, I’ll give you a deal for $289, it’s normally $389. I said no thanks and he looked at the other ducts and showed me and I said yeah they look clean, he agreed and said well I can just clean your cold air return for $90. I said, sounds good. As he’s doing it he says I’ll just seal it for nothing for you, I said wow, thanks. He said, I’ll throw in the dryer vent as well and says hey this hookup is bad, I’ll throw a new one of those in as well for you. I said, dang, thanks Damon thinking this guy was just a nice guy. I told Damon I’d even pay for the dryer vent and he said, no, it’s all good you guys are great people.
I had to leave and my wife stayed at the house w him and when he was done 30 minutes later, my wife goes to pay him and he says it’ll be $389. He’s a very big guy and she felt very uncomfortable confronting him because he’s big and talks so loud that the bill was supposed to be $90.
I called him when I got home and asked what was up and he said that’s what we talked about. He talked over me the entire time.
This guy should be shut down by the Better Business Bureau. He is a crook. Buyer Beware!
