After visiting the venue site, Josh helped us develop a cohesive creative vision that thoughtfully incorporated color, texture, and lighting to elevate the space and create the mood we wanted, while taking into account the venue's design and colors as well. He has an eye for immersive event design and even gave recommendations on venue layout modifications and placement/design of other vendors. Josh's decorations are beautifully detailed and can both be appreciated up-close and at a distance from across the room. For our event, we agreed on a mix of live and artificial foliage pieces, and it was the perfect addition that completely transformed the room. Above all, I cannot emphasize enough how Josh is an incredible problem-solver and will do everything he can to make your vision come to life. He was genuinely invested in our event and our mission, and went so far as to personally source materials from Amazon, Goodwill, and discount stores across Phoenix instead of relying on his usual suppliers to help us stay within budget. When we asked for voluminous Christmas garlands at a fraction of the cost, he rose to the challenge and found inventive ways to make a small amount of cedar look full and voluminous. His creativity, resourcefulness, and willingness to find unique solutions for our needs was truly remarkable. And the icing on the cake...HE DID EVERYTHING IN LESS THAN A WEEK.
