Jordan and his team did a great job with my bathroom. They moved the shower drain and installed a new valve and fixtures. They kept a very clean workspace. I would recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

James is good at plumbing. However, he made too many mistakes installing our shower base, bathtub, and free standing bathtub faucet. The cuts that he made in our subflooring, were not clean cuts and he damaged our subflooring. He could not install the bathtub faucets that we had for the bathtube and had us purchase one that he could install that cost us additional money. He fitted the free standing bathtub faucet on the subfloor and not to sit on our flooring. He cut the hole for the free standing bathtub faucet too big that the screws for the base are attached to the edge of the subfloor. He fitted the bathtub before installing and marked the subfloor for the flooring to go around the bathtub and freestanding faucet. It was clear that when he fitted the bathtub that it would not cover the hole in the floor. This serious mistake also cost us additional money to fix the flooring to cover the bathtub hole after the flooring had been done according to his marks on the subfloor. James did a poor job installing the shower base drain because it is not centered and has excessive sealant around it. The sealant around the bathtub was poorly done and you can see the gaps where sealant should be. He did not communicate any mistakes he made. He knowingly made these serious mistakes and waited for us to say something about it, which is horrible, especially the fitting of the bathtub, freestanding faucet, and shower base drain. He is not to return to our house because it has cost us more money to fix his serious mistakes than having the installation of our shower base and bathtub done by a professional who does it and not by a plumber who says he does it. He should not be installing anything other than plumbing. I recommend him for plumbing. I do not recommend him for installing showers and bathtubs. I do not recommend him for anything other than plumbing.

I purchased a shower kit from Lowe's & they completely dropped the ball when they assigned a plumber/contractor to install. I eventually benefitted from their screwups. That's when I met Ocean Plumbing. I loved them the minute they walked through my door for initial estimate. They went far beyond my expectations. They removed my old bath tub & converted it into a shower. They corrected errors from another plumber who recently installed my hot water heater (only 4 months prior). I was so impressed, I even requested additional work (including old fireplace removal/chimney covering) in my condo during my renovation since my other contractors didn't come through.
I will continue to use their services moving forward.

Robert performed excellent work in my home. He replaced my bathtub, changed the valve and re-centered the pipes. He installed a new kitchen sink faucet, a garbage disposal, and new bathroom sink faucet, and the shower and bathtub hardware. He also reinstalled my toilet after the tile crew finished. I highly recommend Robert for all plumbing work. He is professional and always puts the customer first. He is also very meticulous with his work. Thank you again Robert!
