- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to speak on the phone first to learn more about the project. Then we would like to see the project so we can get an exact estimate. Many times it's hard to give an exact estimate over the phone , text, or email without seeing it first. Many times there is extra work needing to be done that we can't see. This is what my customers need to know, I wanna be honest with them so I can eliminate any surprise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been working for another company for over 5 years and then I started my own business. We have extensive knowledge in sanding, and refinishing and installation.
