- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat affordable fee based on the demographics of the area. What’s included is shopping, menu making, cooking (of course), and cleaning as well as any other reasonable requests by the client. Groceries are not included in the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know about my customer as a person. Likes dislikes, happiest memories, things of that nature to gauge what kind of dishes or presentation might fit them best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I finished the Culinary arts program at Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte. Ive also been working at the number two country club in the nation. This gave me a chance to work with many chef of different calibers including Michelin starred chefs and others from different parts of the world.
