Dave was very professional on the phone, and did a great job getting the odor out.
However I had scheduled this project in March for April work, Dave never gave me a walkthrough date or estimate of cost, only a massive range in .35-85 cents per square foot. Needless to say having no knowledge of what odor removal costs I estimate a little higher then norm at $0.45 per square foot, I was expecting to pay about $750.00 for the entire house (1550sqft).
Dave said nothing of the condition pre work until he was finished, then billed me $1,000 plus for the job.
Which he didn’t even finalize the job, he left chemicals for me to spray still after because we had debris still, and he was leaving town for a week. again didn’t communicate on that to adjust the project, which we could have rescheduled.
Dave he should have discounted this job seeing that I had to do my own chemical spraying. He didn’t and wouldn’t work with me to negotiate the remaining amount and threatened to send me to court. He did great work but expected to pay a lot for your project, I strongly advise a line item estimate and walk through of your job first. He’s not looking to keep customers. I won’t use him again in future properties due to the lack of negotiation.
