- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and straightforward — no hidden fees. Every project is different, so I like to see the space first to give an accurate quote. I also offer bundle discounts for multiple rooms or larger projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick call or message to understand what you’re looking for. From there, I’ll set up a time to check out the space and give you a free estimate. Once we’re on the same page, I’ll get you on the schedule and take care of everything from prep to clean-up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my experience comes from hands-on training over the last 10+ years, working with experienced painters and learning how to do the job right. I stay up to date on best practices and products to make sure the finish lasts.
