Elias and an assistant arrived for a faucet replacement and drain repair for a bathroom vanity. They quickly provided a quote, identified the leak, and made a trip to the hardware store to pick up a needed replacement part. Upon returning they had the new faucet in place and the drain pipe swapped out within 20 minutes. They were professional, quick, clean, and I felt that the price was very fair. I’ll use them for any future projects or repairs that I do.

Roberto came out to install 5 facets. After inspection, we agreed on a quote and asked for 1/2 upfront and 1/2 upon completion. I paid him $200 upfront, on top of purchasing all materials separate that he as a plumber did not have but should have had. After three visits to the house, and two visits to lowes for materials, he had not completed the job. He then stopped responding to calls and text messages. He left me and my family stranded without any functioning faucets and forced to call a different vendor to do the repairs/install. We called a licensed plumber who advised what a terrible botched job he had done and how it would now cost me more to repair what he had botched than what the original install would have cost.
Roberto has not responded to my request for a refund and continues to ignore my messages/calls.
Do not use him! Go with a licensed and bonded plumber.
