I can start off by saying that this is probably the greatest experience I have ever had when it comes to anything at home repair related! The person that came out to our house to check my toilet that was leaking was very thorough and explained to me that the leak was causing damage to our subflooring, and in addition causing damage to our bathroom downstairs as well. He automatically had another company come out that actually test for water damage Today and got it done. He waited for that person at my house still doing his job for about an hour and a half and stayed until everything was figured out and decided. I have dealt with plumbers who because I am a woman were trying to take advantage of me and my knowledge by raking up prices!! He did the exact opposite! I feel safe and happy knowing that Cameron is going to be on this project for our bathroom and I am excitedly looking forward to the end of the project. I just want to say thank you so much to Cameron for everything that he did today it was above and beyond!

James was very professional, was able to give us two possible solutions to our problem & costs. He was able to use a toilet auger to unclog our toilet, then upon flushing the toilet was able to adjust the tank & bowl water levels. This solved our problem of the bowl not always having enough water to flush, which was causing the toilet to clog. Now we shouldn't need a new toilet. Thank you, James & Custom Plumbing of Arizona!

This is my first time using Thumbtack or hiring a plumber so i had no idea what to expect. The process was simple and i found Custom Plumbing and they were here the same day. The price was very fair for the quality of the work done. The technician James was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will include before and after photos to show how beautiful the work was. I had a leaking hose bib and asked my landscaper to fix it. He obviously didn't know what he was doing and made an ugly mess that started leaking within days. Now my hose bib is more beautiful than ever. I literally want to invite my friends and family over to see how great it looks lol
