If I could leave no stars I would. I specifically hired this company as a "local" hire rather than going to a big box store/company and would have hired again and again had they proved themselves. This is a one man shop who tries to extort too much money out of customers. BUYER BEWARE. He asked for $475 for LABOR to replace one toilet. I called him on his ridiculousness and he hung up on me, left the toilet lid off, and slammed the door as he walked out of the house (all on video). Don't call or hire this guy. He actually told me he used to charge $800 - $900 per toilet before. Really? Like he was giving me a "deal"? Really pathetic/horrible customer service. I had 2 toilets and a shower leak repaired for $300. I feel anxious and sorry for any homeowner who gets scammed in this way. Had he offered better pricing , professionalism, and courteousness he would have been hired again and again because I own 14 bathrooms. Barrett...learn your customer base and stop scamming customers. Please do not do this to any elderly persons. You should have a cost range depending on a person's cash flow. Maybe they can only afford a $100 "Home Depot" toilet. Not every valve requires replacing, etc... Don't pad the bill...
