Garrett did not come when he said he was going to. Said that I “rushed” him when he offered to come the next day, when I repeatedly said that I only cared about getting the picture hung correctly and safely. Garrett was too far away from where I lived, so he then had his “buddy”, Nate, come hang the picture in my home while he was on a break from his other job at Intel. He was answering the other job’s phone calls the entire time he was working on my project. Pencil marks were left on my walls and I had to provide the pencil and ladder so the frame could be hung up since Nate didn’t have either.
Ultimately, a huge waste of my time and money as the picture slides from side to side and wasn’t anchored securely to two points like I requested. Nate repeatedly said he cared about customer satisfaction and safety, but when I called to see if he could come back to put the second point of fixation, I was told that everything was fine when he left and the frame was hung as I had asked. Garrett did offer to come back and fix it (after arguing with me), but I felt like such an inconvenience from the beginning that I didn’t feel comfortable having either of them come back in my home.
I never leave bad reviews (if you don’t have something nice to say, don’t say it at all), but I was initially so excited since they had such great reviews, and feel like I was majorly let down with my incredibly poor experience. Perhaps I caught them on a bad day, but that doesn’t change that I still need to find someone to hang the picture safely and securely.
