Overall not a great experience. We needed a shower/bath remodeled into a prefab shower/bath. We hired another person for that job because they got back to us with availability faster. However, we found out we needed a 2nd shower/bath installed and that person wasn't available for the 2nd job, so we hired Cuneo as they could be available. If we hadn't hired that first person, maybe our experience had been better since there wouldn't have been anything to compare with. However, because we did have a different installer to compare with, it was truly night and day. Not only was the first person we hired cheaper, but they got done with the job in 2 days while Cuneo took a week. Cuneo also managed to punch a hole in our wall to the other side, and they LEFT that hole there until we asked them to come back. Now, weeks later, our tenant is complaining about the new shower valve they installed, so I reached out to see if they can help resolve this, and they won't even answer my message. I don't know how they could have such good reviews on Thumbtack, but I would not recommend them.
