- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my pricing fair, No price-gouging.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will schedule a time to look at your project, and quote you an estimated price (no charge for the estimate). If the estimate is acceptable to you we can agree on a time that is convenient and work will commence as agreed. Sometimes, when I'm on an urgent call I may run late or need to reschedule. I'm big on communication, so if that occurs I will call or text if I'm running late or need to reschedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began working in the trades in the late '70s I have many years of experience. I expect that you will benefit greatly from that experience.
