If I had more time I would have had a few edits and changes because the transcript was way off on a few parts of the conversation but due to my timeframe I wasn’t able to bother requesting changes/re-dos. I had a transcription of audio files done. They served their purpose and I ended up not officially even needing to use them in court but having them as part of my evidence helped get my legal situation settled so I am grateful I found the guys and they were able to accommodate me and my timeframe. Nicole responded to my request and I talked with her about the detailed requirements and timeline I was hoping to have this completed by.
