I had asked Juan some questions over the last few weeks about replacing my 20 year old water heater with a tankless electric version. He came out for free to give me an idea about what it would take and if going tankless was in my best interest. Later I called him to actually install a 40 gallon in my house while I was in the middle of a remodel. I told him that I needed the old unit removed, but I needed him to wait while I installed new flooring under. He was exceptionally patient while I needed to complete my project in steps. I had also shopped around a few different plumbers to get estimates and JEM felt like the best value and his customer service was awesome. If I need any other plumbing services in the future, this is the guy I would use.

Juan arrived early Monday morning to replace a leaking irrigation valve and install a new shut off valve in an outdoor copper line. He coordinated his work with our landscaper and was a true professional. He also repaired a shower valve that was no longer providing hot water. I was out of the area when the work needed to be performed and all was coordinated smoothly remotely.
