FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since all homes, apartment buildings and office structures are not "standard", our pricing system takes into account many of these differences in construction as well as the many different types of pests (where they inhabit, feed, nest, trail, etc.) we encounter in the greater South Puget Sound. While we cannot provide every pricing option here, we can provide this over the phone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer contacts us with a pest problem and we are able to answer most questions and provide an estimate right then over the phone from a full time experienced office staff. If necessary, a licensed technician can return a call to the customer or stop by to identify a pest situation that cannot be described over the phone. We offer both a warranted on-going service that provides a warranty as well as a single application with no extended length warranty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of our technicians are fully trained in-office and in the field and then must test in Olympia at the State Department of Agriculture to demonstrate capability in each area of licensing such as structural, general and laws & safety. Only licensed technicians are able to apply pesticides and make recommendations regarding control of structural pests within the State of Washington.
