- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the value you receive, it includes time to create the image and reproduction rights to use the image.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers I like to first meet in person or on the phone to see what the customer wants, likes, and what ideas they may have. Discuss all there ideas, concepts, and then plan a photo shoot to create exactly what they need. Once the photos are created, the customer can view the images on our laptop computer before the photo shoot ends. Final images are then delivered on via downloaded from our website or on a thumb-drive.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in business for 18 years. I studied photography at Northwest College in Powell, WY and received my Associate of Applied Science in Photographic Communications in 1999. I then started my own business after college. I also assisted a commercial photographer for many years. I also try to take many photography and Photoshop workshops every year.
