- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are a multitude of variables that we factor in to consider our pricing. Such as the distance to and from the move, the supplies needed for the move, the overall size and difficulty level of the move. We also have to see if a truck is being provided or if we need to provide one for the client. Based on this calculation we will either do an hourly rate for the customer or a flat rate for the entire move.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we establish basic customer needs. The size of the move? The supplies needed? Is a truck being provided or do we need to bring one? Is the customer fully packed and ready to move? The distance to and from job sites? How the customer would prefer to pay? These are all questions that need to be asked to do a basic needs assessment.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have done a variety of moves! From moving presidential desks at Universities, Grand Pianos for musicians, relocation of Antique furniture stores, we have practically done it all! But we specialize in relocation of residential home goods, from bedroom suites, appliances, etc.
