Arrived 30 minutes late… though called to advise. Kind and polite. Needed a little help with how to best use moving blankets to protect oak furniture. Packed van well, regularly asked if I was ok with the work ( which I appreciated).

They had good communication throughout. They moved my belongings with care but in a timely way. And when they thought they broke a headboard (a Walmart one)they came forward to let us know about it. It actually wasn’t broken and just took a little finagling to get the pieces back together. Overall a great experience.
