- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to get to know our clients and understand their vision. Once we understand the vision for the project, we begin putting the pieces together. We send out drafts for the clients to check to ensure we are going the right direction with the project. Once the project is complete, we give training (if needed) and 1-3 months of support depending on the type of project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Luke, the CEO, has an undergraduate degree in New Media Marketing from Maranatha Baptist University and an MFA terminal degree in Motion Pictures and Television with an emphasis on directing from Academy of Art University. Our team also has undergrad degrees and training in web design and coding.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started in college as a side job and soon went to working more than full time on the company.
