We make every effort to meet our customers budget without sacrificing quality or longevity of the finished product. We also accept credit cards with an additional fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to come out to the customers home to introduce ourselves and look over the potential project and go over questions, wants, needs, goals, etc. with the customer and discuss any potential problems we see so that we can then provide the customer with the most accurate quote possible that meets their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We continue every year to attend training seminars and classes put on by our suppliers, manufacturer's of products we use, trade shows, etc. We also have started to attend online demonstrations and classes to see new products, installation methods, etc.
