- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $200/hour for the two of us, with a three hour minimum. If it's only one of us, prices are negotiable but rates typically run around $110/hour. We also offer a flat rate for larger jobs and are happy to discuss those during our consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process incudes meeting with the customer to get a feel for their space and their needs. We then compile a list of suggestions to go over with them and meet at a comfortable to place to get the job done as thoughtfully and quickly as possible. Our mission is to help people feel a sense of ease in their surroundings. This is done by listening and compassionately collaborating. Our primary objective is to simplify your life and ease the worry of having to deal with a space that's become unmanageable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Paula and Jenny have been working in the commercial photography business for over 20 years. We've acquired a keen eye for a functional and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. Our skills range from simple organization to complete redecoration. We also offer light renovation services (painting, etc). We're happy to assist in every area of the transformation of your environment.
