- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We want our services to be accessible to everyone. Contact us with your budget and goals. We do our best to create a plan for you. Video chat, phone, in-person coaching, on-site organizing, space planning, design, consultation, shopping, and product recommendations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Book an appointment to get started right away, or schedule a free introductory call. Once we set a date and time, we send out some documents so that we can hit the ground running. We jointly build an action plan so that you can continue working at the pace you choose.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As members of the National Association of Professional Organizers, we adhere to the NAPO code of ethics. We highly value cultivating inclusive learning environments. We have worked with coaches and professional organizers on projects to expand our knowledge base and learn firsthand what works. We will always take adequate time to prepare for your unique needs.
